Red Williams Pears

This is a typical product of the Emilia region. Red William pears have a smooth yellow peel which, when exposed to the sun, becomes a bright reddish pink. The pulp is white, tender, soft and juicy. Its distinctive scent is musky and its flavour is sweetish and sour.
