Italian Solarelli apricots are grown in the most suitable areas of the Emilia-Romagna region and Metaponto area. These apricots are known for their unexpected sweetness and freshness, fragrant peel and juicy flesh. This was achieved by following strict practices with regard to cultivation and varietal innovation. Solarelli apricots, which are a source of potassium and have a high vitamin A content, are an ideal ingredient for making all kinds of recipes: tarts, ice creams, and even delicious main courses. The marketing season for apricots is May, June and July.
